The venue was lovely and of good standard, I liked the stay. the location was amazing, close to a major tube station, the original Jesmond Dene in Newcastle, and Rail Stations. - They offered lots of options for a full English breakfast.

Everything was good and the stuff was very good and really kind. Really enjoyed our rooms with amazing wifi which is sometimes hard to get nowadays.

Super room, fairly large for London standard, the room and bathroom was really clean, the room had a 26 inch Samsung LCD, The staff was really friendly, helpful and always smiling. Good English breakfast, made when you ordered it so it was nice. Good location with a few restaurants, and a lot of fast food right around the corner. Underground and trains are 1 min walk, but you don’t hear the traffic in the room. The Price is a little higher than some of the other hotels, but I think here you get what you pay for. I wrote some E-mails to the hotel prior arrival, and they had fast reply, and helped me with everything. Thanks for a nice stay, and see you again next time.

The staff was very good and really kind. We enjoyed the full English breakfast which was included. - Its location was central, next door to Bloomsbury Bowling.

I enjoyed the fact that the receptionist remembered me from a previous telephone conversation and the full English breakfast the following morning was delicious. The staff was polite and very friendly.

The only thing I disliked is how we could hear a lot of noises in the evening from our room.

The location was excellent, close to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations and the No. 10 bus which goes to Oxford St and Westminster. Darren was a wealth of information and extremely helpful. We decided to stay an extra night and were upgraded to an apartment at no extra cost. The English breakfast was excellent with very generous servings.

The service here was excellent, and we were able to check in early, plus enjoyed a breakfast with marmalade.

Location. Very close to kings cross but quite quiet.

No tea and coffee making facilities, shower was shared between 3 rooms and room was up 3 flights of narrow stairs.

It is a wonderful small and functional property located in Bloomsbury district very close to StPancras international trainstation and tube and national rail station. It has outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly staff members in a lovely café round the corner on the advice of receptionist.

There is bad smell in some places.

The hotel offers en suite and modern rooms with 2 separate beds and air conditioning, which I am very pleased about. the location is fantastic and convenient, especially if you want to be close to restaurants and pubs.

I recently stayed at this family run hotel. I booked into a superior twin room, which was small but of very good standard. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. I was comfortable, there was a good sized TV with numerous channels, crisp, good quality bed linen and an extremely clean bathroom! Breakfast was also excellent! I shall definitely be coming back here for my next trip to London and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable stay with a friendly atmosphere!

May find it a bit cramped for a longer stay, not much room to move around in.

The hotel beds were very comfortable and clean. The English breakfast was fantastic as well. However, those who are thinking of carrying huge luggages around, its advisable to ask for ground floor or 1st floor rooms as there is no elevator.

This place offers modern and clean rooms with two separate beds, and they serve delicious breakfasts with marmalade.
